How to setup and use bespin?`

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me how to setup and use bespin? I have searched a lot but couldn't find any wiki related to bespin. I have installed bespin and can open it but don't know what to do next.

I am new to Kubuntu although I am an Ubuntu user for a year now. Is bespin the same as Emerald Theme Manager in Ubuntu? I have seen some themes in kubuntu-art.org and am desperate to try them. Especially those with window transparencies!

System Settings > Desktop

If you want to. You could use the Compiz with the KDE or use the > Smaragd (Emerald for KDE).
